ARTIST MANAGEMENT
We currently provide management services for Edward David Anderson, Backyard Tire Fire, Black Dirt Revival and Alabama Getaway. While we don’t often take on new artists, we’re open to the possibility.
EVENTS
We produce the Havana Songwriters Festival and Riverfront Concert Series- Havana, Illinois, and in partnership with the Castle Theatre, The Black Dirt Music Festival in Bloomington, Illinois.
RECORD LABEL
Black Dirt Records is an independent label founded in 2018. Our releases include the Edward David Anderson albums
Chasing Butterflies (2018) and Live and Solo (2020) and Backyard Tire Fire EP Black Dirt Blue Sky. EDA is set to release a new solo album in September 2024.
ABOUT
Kim and Edward David Anderson are the team behind Black Dirt Management. Ed has been writing and performing live in bands and as a solo artist for over 25 years and Kim has been working on the business side for the past 10 years. Together they started the Black Dirt Music movement, created an independent record label, a talent buying and artist management agency and produce events all under the Black Dirt Management umbrella.
